Oh, y.... Kalian sering ngerasa bosan nggak? Siska lagi bosan nih sekarang. Makanya, jadi kepikiran buat nulis cerita. Tapi, ceritanya blom bisa di pos sekarang. Ntar aja yah.....

Yang jelas, ntar ceritanya mungkin akan di dominasi oleh cerita cinta, broken heart gitu dechhh....
alnya emang lagi patah hati nih sekarang. The hard things to do is watch the one you love, love someone else. Is it right? So, daripada jatuh ke dalam hal yang negatif, lebih baik kita tuangkan semuanya lewat tulisan. Benar nggak??

My essay

Sleeping With The Lights On

Everyone has difference of sleeping habits. Most of them are used to sleeping while listening to music, watching TV, or letting the lights in the room is brightly. They consider that it makes them fall asleep faster. They feel better when they sleep with the lights on. But actually, in my view, sleeping with the lights on is not good for our body’s health for several reasons.
One of the reason is that sleeping with the lights on can impact to our brain and our body. When we sleep at night, our body will rest, including our brain. It is important to make our body work effectively when we do activities again. If we sleep while letting the lights in the room is brightly, the light waves emitted by the equipment will be accepted by our senses of sight . The light waves can still penetrate the eyelids and received by retina and the lens of the eye. The brain will be stimulated to get back to work and process incoming information. Thus, our brain will feel tired and our body can not doing activities well.
Another reason is that sleeping with the lights on can obstruct  the production of melantonin. Melantonin is one of hormone in the immune system that can fight and prevent breast cancer. Unfortunately, the hormone melantonin will not be produced if we sleep at night with the lights on. The effect of the light cause the production of melantonin will be stopped. A biologist, Joan Roberts has did an experiment on animals. When the animals were given artificial light at night, the melantonin of their bodies would be decrease and their immune system would be reduce too. Other health practitioners , Lyne Edridge M.D who is the author of the book ‘Avoiding Cancer One Day at A Time ‘ also wrote that blind women eighty percent less likely to attacked by breast cancer than the average of other women. It is caused by their dark vision that can produced melantonin optimally, so that increased their immune system. Furthermore, considering that how important the melantonin is, we can change our sleeping habits from now.
The last reason is that children who sleep with the light on have a higher risk to attacked by leukimia. A conference on children suffering from leukemia was held in London, said that children who sleep with the light at night were more susceptible to leukemia than those who never used the light .This case shows that one of the causing leukimia is using the light on while sleeping.
In the end, the habit of sleeping with the lights on can make negative effects for our body’s health. Because of the habit, our brain will feel tired easily and the production of melantonin will be obstructed. Beside that, children who sleep with the lights on can be a higher risk to attacked by leukimia. Therefore, turning off the lights when we sleep is one of  the good solution for us, or we can also use red or yellow bulbs if we afraid of the darkness.

Simple Lesson Plan for Teaching Speaking English

Hello...,now I try to post my simple lesson plan as an original from my ideas.

Lesson Plan
Level : Intermediate ( Senior High School )
Time: 2 x 45 minutes
1.Goal
Students will improve their speaking confidence with storytelling.
2.Objectives:
1.       Students will increase their insights and creativity to develope their own language when they tell the story.
2.       Students will able to share their assesment about the “GOLDEN EGG’s story” .
3.       Students will appropriate their speech with condition by arranging the pictures.
4.       Students will produce vocabulary that appropriate for the story , “CINDERELLA’s story “
5.       Students will able to make an Review story and give their impression.
3. Material and equipment : props, such as pictures and sounds (music instrumental)
4.Procedures
1.Pre-Speaking
Teacher asks the students about their favorite story . Teachers can guide them by mentioning the title of the story such as Cinderella, Snow White, Beauty and The Beast, and so on.
2.  An example of story telling from Teacher.
Teacher tells a story in front of the class by  combination of gestures, props, sounds, or visual animation.  Example of the story :
The Golden Eggs
Long time ago a remote village in central China, was inhabited mainly with farmers and hunters. One day, a farmer lost his entire livestock to flood. He prayed hard to god for help, otherwise his family would die of starvation.
Few days an old man with grey beard, passed by his house took pity on him. He gave him a goose and said , “I don’tr have any expensive thing to give you and I hope this goose will help you to ease your hardship.
A week laterto his utmost surprise the farmer found an egg in his yard. This was not ordinary egg. It was a golden egg. He was suddenly overcome with joy.
Thereafter, his livelihood had rapidly improved but the farmer had forgotten his earlier hardship. He became lazy, arrogant and spendthrift.
Strangely, the goose only laid one golden egg every six months. The greedy farmer lost his patience and slaughterd his goose thinking there were plenty of golden eggs inside its stomach. Though, he very much regretted for his foolishness, it’s already too late.
3. Whole Class-Discussion
In a discussion, teacher asks the students about the settings (the place and time), characters and the message of the story.  Commonly, students have different answers or perception and class will discuss it to get the conclusion.
4.Speaking Activity.
Teacher divides the class into pair-groups. Every groups will get six pictures that incorrect order. Belong with their pairs, students arrange the pictures, and one of them asked to tell the story by their own languagewith the pictures in front of the class. The story is “CINDERELLA’s story”.   There are the pictures :
 Picture 1.                                                                 Picture 2.                      Picture 3.

                    Picture 4.                                                 Picture 5.                                Picture 6.

5. Post-Speaking Activity
Teacher chooses the students randomly  to make  reviews  (just simple one) about the story and telling their impressions relate to the story. The impressions can be like :
I am impressed by
I think ....
The story is terribly / beautifully written
What surprised me is ...
What I liked is...
What I didn't like is...
I liked/didn't like the story because ...
